Green Apple Complex

Dandy Villas are pleased to present you two of their 4 new accommodations: "Green Apple Complex" which is located at the most central point of the mythical Tsagkarada of Pelion, the mountain of the Centaurs. Next to the square of Agia Paraskevi.

The house, part of a complex of 4 houses, is located in the traditional settlement of Agia Paraskevi, just a 2-minute walk from the settlement square - with its characteristic huge 13-century old plane tree.

Just the sight of this plane tree trunk is enough to leave you in awe.

What does nature do and cannot be tamed?

The ‘’Green Apple Complex’’ consists of two houses with separate entrances each. Entering the first house you will find a single room where there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, an office for "business and pleasure", a fully equipped kitchen and a corner sofa-bed where 2 people can sleep. There is also a huge room, which very comfortably fits the double bed, a wall-to-wall wardrobe, an antique floor mirror and the bathroom with a bathtub.

Here, inside and outside the house, the color green dominates, the decoration is lighter than the rest of the houses, but at the same time, it is special and romantic. In the outdoor area there is a swimming pool, a built-in table and a bench. Ideal landscape amongst the chestnut trees to forget about everyday life and become an element of nature.

Entering the second house you will find the living room where there is a corner sofa bed, suitable for sleeping up to 2 people, the fireplace and the dining room.

In the same space you will also find a classical piano. Next you will come across a room with a single bed which unfolds by pulling out from underneath so it can sleep up to 2 people - for more convenience we would recommend two small children. Finally, on the same floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small WC.

Continuing, upstairs there are two beautifully decorated rooms, the master bedrooms of the house, quiet, romantically furnished with 1 double bed each. One of the two has a balcony door that leads to its own private balcony with outdoor table and chairs for gazing at the sea, the square with the plane tree, the towering trees, the stone roofs of Pelion...

In the hall there is now a double wardrobe and a large bathroom with a bathtub. The floors are connected via a wooden staircase. One of the nicest rooms in the house is the atrium, a sitting area between the two bedrooms on the upper floor with an unparalleled view of the sea, with glass windows all around. Imagine in winter enjoying the snowy, probably, mountains in the company of a hot drink, while in the summer the scenery changes and becomes more airy: you hear the birds chirping with joy of freedom and the rustling of leaves.

Finally, in the courtyards of the houses, there are a Jacuzzi (2x2.5m.) and a small swimming pool (2x3m.) for 4 people each - you can relax under the wonderful sun or the starry sky - if you choose it in the evening. In the rest of the yard there is built in garden furniture for lounging, reading or enjoying a meal of your choice. In all areas of the house we have Wi-Fi so you can surf the internet whenever you need it.
